MIGRANT EDUCATION IN-HOME INSTRUCTOR RESOURCES

This page has been created as a resource for MEP in-home instructors. Included are the forms, plans, links and presentations helpful to aide tutors in successfully serving migrant students.

The link below includes a listing of hands on science experiments to keep students engaged in mastery of science content, vocabulary, and back ground knowledge.These are perfect for "ice breaker" activities with families.

EXITO MATERIALS

The EXITO Program was developed as a way to increase parental involvement with migrant pre-K students. The program is designed to help parents learn ways they can help prepare their children for kindergarten. The program teaches parents how through play they can help their children master skills needed for Kindergarten. Below are links to manuals and resources for the EXITO Program.
